1 medium head cabbage, grated
2 stalks celery, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
2 carrots, diced
1 cup vinegar
1 tsp. Salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. Turmeric
1 tsp. mustard seed


grate cabbage, and dice celery, bell pepper, onion, and carrots. Put the ingredients into medium sized salad bowl.

Heat: vinegar, Salt, sugar, Turmeric, and mustard seed. Pour the heated mixture over the cabbage mixture. Mix well. Refrigerate in a sealed container. This will keep for weeks!
