1 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp. margarine
1/4 cup water
1 cup chopped green pepper
2 tsps. dried oregano
2 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans (28 oz) tomatoes with liquid, cut up
1 can (2 1/2 oz) sliced ripe olives, drained
1 can (10 1/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2 tsps. dried oregano
1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
12 oz. pkg. spaghetti, cooked and drained
(Angel Hair is best)

Preheat oven to 350°. In a skillet, cook and drain ground beef. Sauté onions and green pepper in butter until tender. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, and oregano. Add ground beef. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Place some of the spaghetti in a greased 13"x9" baking dish. Top with some of the vegetable mixture on top, then cheddar cheese. Repeat layers ending with spaghetti. Sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese. Mix the condensed mushroom soup with the water and pour on top of cheese. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
