1/3 cup fresh lime juice
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tsp. dried whole oregano
½ tsp. dried whole thyme
1 pound pork tenderloin
Commercial salsa
Garnish: lime wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a shallow container or zip-top plastic bag. Add tenderloin, turning to coat. Cover or seal, and refrigerate for 4 hours. Remove tenderloin from marinate. Grill, covered, 6 inches from hot coals (450º) for 25 minutes or until done turning and basting once. (Meat in center will be light pink.) To serve thinly slice and arrange in platter. Serve with salsa, and if desired garnish.
