3 cups frozen shredded potatoes
2 large eggs, beaten
1/3 butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup milk
1 cup finely chopped, cooked ham
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw potatoes between layers of power towels to remove excess moisture. Press potatoes into bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie pan; drizzle with butter. Bake at 425° for 25 minutes or until lightly browned; cool on wire rack for 10 minutes.

Combine ham and cheese and spoon into potato shell. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Bake at 350° for 25 -30 minutes or until set; let stand 10 minutes before serving. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
