4 pound rib eye roast
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. rosemary, crushed



Sauce:
1 jar (12 oz) brown beef gravy
1/4 cup red current jelly
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard,

Directions:
Roast:
Combine garlic, salt, pepper, and rosemary and press evenly on roast. Cook in 350° oven approximately 18 to 22 minutes per pound. Remove roast from oven and let stand for 15 minutes.

Sauce:
Combine sauce ingredients and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Carve roast into slices and serve with sauce, on the side.
