1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chips and butter over low heat. Add sugar and milk. Blend well. Boil for 8 minutes. Add vanilla after removing from heat. Will keep in refrigerator.
