1 1/4 c applesauce
1 c sugar
1/2 c oil
2 eggs
2 T milk
1/2 c chopped pecans
2 c sifted flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp allspice

Topping:
1/4 c chopped pecans
1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine applesauce, sugar, oil, eggs, & milk. Sift flour, soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, and allspice. Stir into applesauce mixture, beat well. Fold in 1/2 c pecans. Pour into 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan. Sprinkle topping over batter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. This makes the whole house smell good!
