3 cups self-rising flour
1 1/2 cups oil
2 cups sugar
1 Tbl. cinnamon
2 cups bananas
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
8 oz. can drained, crushed pineapple
Icing:
1 box confectioners sugar
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together by hand. Pour into a greased, fluted pan. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Let cool before putting on icing. For icing, just mix all ingredients together until creamy.
