2 foccacia or ciabatta rolls
1 large vine ripened tomato, sliced
1 lg handful fresh basil leaves
2 6 oz Balls Fresh Mozzarella (the kind packaged in liquid is best) drained
2 tbsp. olive oil
fresh ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the rolls in half and coat each side with olive oil (1 tbsp per sandwich). Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper. Toast rolls slightly. Place tomato slices over one side of the roll. Peel each mozzarella ball into strips and place over the tomato. Top with the basil and the opposite side of the bun. Enjoy!

Quality ingredients make this sandwich go from okay to primo. The cheese is generally available in the gourmet cheese section of the grocery - whole milk Mozzarella is best.
