8 boneless pork chops (thick chops are best)
3 large granny smith apples
Grey Poupon mustard
1/2 c. apple cider
kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut apples into quarters. Spread pork chops with mustard on both sides. Sprinkle with kosher salt. Place apples on top. Add apple cider. Cook on high for 4 hrs. or low for 6 hrs.
