2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1 c. mashed banana
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts, chopped



Frosting

1 c. powdered sugar
2 T. melted butter
orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Bread: Beat eggs until fluffy. Add bananas, butter, lemon juice and sugar. Sift together dry ingredients and add to banana mixture. Add chopped nuts and bake at 300º in a loaf pan for 1 hour or until done. Makes 1 loaf.

Frosting: Mix sugar and butter, add enough orange juice to make the frosting spreadable.
