10 lbs. country style ribs
2 T + 2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
4 medium onions, sliced
4 cups ketchup
2 cups packed brown sugar
1 & 1/3 cups orange juice
1 & 1/3 cups cider vinegar
1 cup molasses
8 T Worcestershire sauce
4 T barbecue sauce
4 T stone-ground mustard
4 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. Liquid Smoke, optional
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cups cornstarch, less 1 T
4 T water

Rub Cajun seasoning all over the ribs. Divide and layer ribs and onions into 2 ~ 6 qt. slow cookers. In a bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, orange juice, vinegar, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, barbecue sauce, mustard, paprika, garlic powder, Liquid Smoke if desired and salt. Pour over ribs. Cover and cook on low for 5-1/2 to 6-1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
Remove ribs and keep warm. Strain cooking juices and skim fat; transfer to a saucepan. Combine cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into juices. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve with ribs.

I have also used this recipe with Beef Ribs and with Roasts too. It's an all time favorite with my family...probably the best Barbecue we've ever tasted!
