1 1/2 cups butter
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
3 cups flour
2 tbsp. pure lemon extract
3/4 cups lemon/lime soda at room temp.
Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. lemon extract
2 tbsp. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter in bowl for 30 sec. and slowly add sugar for 3-4 more minutes at med. speed. Add one egg at a time, mixing well after each addition. Cream for another 2 min. Gradually add flour, soda and extract. Pour mixture into greased floured bundt pan and 1 loaf pan. Cook for 1 hour. Once cooled ice with glaze.
