3 ripe bananas
1/4 cup melted butter ( 4tbsp)
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
cinnamon to taste
1 cup pecans (toasted in microwave-chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º, melt butter in 8X8 pan in oven. Mash bananas with fork. Grease pan with the melted butter. Add the butter to the bananas, mix with fork. Add all the other ingredients and mix. Pour into the buttered pan and bake for one hour.
