4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. bottled barbecue sauce
8 slices cooked bacon
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
4 scallions trimmed and sliced
1 small tomato chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Coat 3 quart baking dish with cooking spray. Place chicken in dish and add salt and pepper. Spoon on barbecue sauce.
Bake in oven 20 minutes.
Top each breast with 2 slices cooked bacon. Sprinkle with cheddar.
Bake in oven 5 more minutes. Top with scallions and tomato.
