2 (6-in) low-carb tortillas
olive oil cooking spray
2 tbsp. bacon ranch salad dressing
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack
1/2 c. chicken or pork, cubed, and COOKED
1 c. broccoli, chopped, and COOKED
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan
garlic salt, to taste
dried basil, to taste

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400º. Spray baking sheet with cooking oil.
2.Place tortillas on baking sheet so they aren't touching. Prebake for about 8 mins. until almost firm.
3. Layer remaining ingredients on top of tortillas in the order listed reserving a bit of Monterey Jack. Sprinkle MJ, parmesan, garlic salt, and basil on top of broccoli.
4. Bake for about 8-10 mins. or until cheese is melted.
