Ingredients:
1 tbsp. coconut oil OR lard
1 1/2 lbs. top sirloin beef steak (or similiar), cut into strips
3/4 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. garlic granules
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen chopped broccoli
3 tbsp. Bragg Liquid Aminos OR soy sauce
8 drops hot chili oil (about 1/8 tsp.) OR about 1/16

1 1/2 tsp. sesame oil

Sesame seeds, for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place a wok or other very large skillet over high heat on the stove. Add the coconut oil. As soon as it is melted, add the beef and seasonings, stirring well to coat the meat evenly. Do not cover the pan at this point. Continue cooking the meat, using a lifting and stirring motion, until it is no longer red.
2. Add the frozen broccoli to the pan and stir it well. Cover and allow it to steam for about 3-5 mins., stirring occasionally, until the broccoli is heated through.
3. Add the Bragg, chili oil, and sesame oil to the pan. Stir well, continuing to use the same lifting/stirring motion described in step 1.
4. Transfer the hot food to a serving dish and top with sesame seeds, if desired.
