1 pkg wonton wrappers
10 oz frozen spinach,drained well
14 oz tin artichokes, drained well
1/2 C Mayonnaise
1/2 C Parmesan cheese, grated
1 t onion powder
1 t garlic powder
1/2 t pepper
Adjust these seasonings to your own taste.

1 qt vegetable oil

1. Combine all ingredients well
2. Place a T of mixture in the center of a wonton wrapper, fold over into a triangle, wet the edges to close and hold secure.
3. Continue filling the wontons until all mixture is gone.
4. Deep fry wontons. Drain on paper towels.
Serve immediately
