20 thick asparagus spears, trimmed and cooked al dente
Tub of mascarponi cheese
Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place al dente asparagus in individual oven proof dishes. Top with generous 3 - 4 T of mascarponi and 2 T Parmesan cheese
Broil until lightly browned and bubbly.
Serve immediately with fresh ground pepper.
