1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup self rising flour1 cup dry oatmeal
1 cup cornflakes
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, add sugars, then egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Add cornflakes, oatmeal, coconut & pecans to mixture. Roll into small balls and place about 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes.
Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
