1 Polska Sausage
1 large can of Glory Turnip Greens
1 regular can of Northern (white) beans
1 pkg of Knorr Vegetable recipe mix (dry)
2 cans of water..add more or less for thickness
2 dashes of Tobasco sauce or to taste (more the better)
Directions:
Directions:
Chop or slice, brown and drain polska sausage on paper towels and set aside

Mix everything else in a crook pot or a pot on the stove..then add sausage.

Cook for:
Crock pot…4-6 hours
Stove top, bring to a boil then simmer for 30 minutes

Makes approximately 10 bowls.
Serve with your choice of cornbread
