8 c. popcorn, popped
4 c. oven toasted rice cereal squares
2 c. miniature pretzel twists
1 c. pecan halves
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Combine popcorn, cereal, pretzels and pecans in a large bowl. Combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup in a 2 qt. saucepan. Cook sugar mixture over medium heat until it comes to a complete boil over entire surface, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium low and cook without stirring for five (5) minutes, (mixture should be continue to bubble gently over surface). Add vanilla and baking soda. Stir until blended. Carefully pour over popcorn mixture in large bowl and stir until mixture is well coated. Pour onto a large cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes. Transfer popcorn mixture to a large piece of aluminum foil. Cool completely, breaking mixture into clusters as it cools. Yields 15 cups.
