1 box white cake mix
2 - 8 oz cartons sour cream
2 - 7 oz pkgs frozen coconut
2 C sugar
1 - 12 oz carton non-dairy whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake as directed in two - 8 inch round pans. Cool completely. Cut each layer in half.
Make filling by combining sour cream, coconut (reserve a little to sprinkle on top of cake) and sugar. Mix well.
Layer cake putting one-third of filling between each layer.
Frost cake with whipped topping.
Sprinkle top with coconut.
Place in sealed container and refrigerate for several days before serving.
