3 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
11 graham crackers, crushed
1 teaspoon vanilla

TOPPING:
1 pint whipping cream
3 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a pie plate.

Beat egg whites and baking powder until whites are stiff. While beating, slowly add sugar. Add pecans, graham crackers, and vanilla. Bake in a greased pie plate for 30 minutes. Cool.

Whip cream. Add sugar and vanilla. Pour over pie and let it set for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
