Largest pimento stuffed green olives you can find
Softened cream cheese
Finely chopped parsley, almonds, or bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Dry olives with a paper towel. Put some cream cheese in the palm of your hand, form this around an olive. Roll olive in parsley, almonds or bacon bits. Chill. Slice olive crosswise.

These can be made quite a while before serving. Store covered in the refrigerator.
