1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 box lemon cake (not pudding type)
1 c. water
4 eggs
1 box instant lemon pudding mix
Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients at medium speed. Pour into an angel food cake pan. Bake at 350º for 45-55 minutes.
