1 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. diced apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Dice apples first and set aside. Place oil, vanilla, and beaten eggs in a bowl. Next add sugar. Sift flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon and add to mixture. Fold in mixed apples and nuts. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes.
