1 box orzo
1 pack cherry tomatoes
Green onions (not a whole bunch), chopped
2 cans corn
2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
Entire box of currants
2 containers or 3 jars pine nuts
Good Seasons Basil Dressing (or Italian)
2 T. pesto
1 heaping T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
1. Toast pine nuts at 350ºF for 5 minutes.
2. Follow package directions for cooking orzo.
3. Mix all ingredients together well.
4. Add fresh basil or parsley before serving.
