4 pkgs. grape tomatoes
4 T. capers
1 tsp. sugar
Garlic
Onions
Olive oil
1/2 c. red wine
Fresh basil
Fresh parsley
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut tomatoes in half and season with salt and pepper; set aside.
2. In a sauce pan sauté lots of garlic and onions in olive oil. Add red wine and cook off.
3. Add tomatoes and capers; smash down with the back of a spoon and simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Add a handful each of fresh basil and parsley and spoon over spaghetti. Enjoy!
