1-1/2 cups sugar
1 small can condensed milk
Enough water added to milk to make 1 cup
Butter the size of an egg
1 cup whole pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and cook to a soft boil (234-236º on candy thermometer), stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla and pecans. Drop on wax paper.
