3 lbs. ground beef, 1 - 13 oz. can evaporated milk, 1 c. oatmeal, 1 c. soda cracker crumbs, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 2 tsp. salt,, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 2 tsp. chili powder.
Sauce: 2 c. ketchup, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1/2 c. chopped onion.

Mix into balls and brown. Cook in the oven at 350º for 1/2 to 1 hour.
When meatballs are done in the oven, transfer them into a crockpot, cover with sauce. Keep the on low and heat through.
