1/2 lb Scottish Smoked Salmon, pre sliced
1 pkg. Haricot Verts, al dente
1 jar Large egg Salmon roe
1/2 C Creme Fraiche

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Haricot Verts al dente

Wrap Scottish Smoked Salmon around small bunches of Haricot Verts and place seam side down on a plate.

Place Creme Fraiche on top of Haricot Verts bundles.

Top with 1 T Salmon roe. Garnish with wedges of lemon.

If you cannot find Creme Fraiche, combine:
1 C whipping cream
2 T buttermilk
Cover and let stand at room temperature (70º) for 8 - 25 hrs.. or until very thick. Stir well before covering and refrigerate up to 10 days.
