1 block Cream cheese, softened
2 tins Consommé, chilled to jelly
Squeeze of Lemon juice
Dash of Lawry's seasoned salt
Small garnish of parsley, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Refrigerate 2 tins of Consommé for about 4 hours.

In a food processor, mix 1 block cream cheese and one can jellied Consommé.

Fill 4 ramekins 3/4 of the way with the cream cheese mixture and place in Fridge until mixture becomes firm.

When mixture is firm, spoon remaining jelled Consommé into the ramekins, filling the remaining 1/4 of the ramekin.

Garnish with a squeeze of lemon, a dash of Lawry's salt and a sprinkle of parsley.

Very easy recipe but you will need the time for the Consommé to solidify. The Consommé must become jellied.
