2 cups unpeeled, grated zucchini
1/4 lb. provolone cheese, shredded
3 T. grated onion
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F. Mix all ingredients together and put into a greased casserole. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until brown.
