Masa:
250 grs. de harina
125 grs. de mantequilla
1 huevo

40 grs. de azúcar

Relleno:
750 grs. de cottage cheese (queso cabaña) o queso cremoso preparado en casa
150 grs. de azúcar
3 ó 4 huevos (depende del tamaño)
30 grs. de maicena
ralladura de 1 limón grande
30 grs. de pasas

Masa:
Preparar la masa con el estribo y estirarla delgada con los dedos, cubriendo el fondo y costados de un molde rectangular.

Relleno:
Batir juntos el queso cremoso, azúcar, yemas, maicena y pasas. Aparte batir las claras a la nieve y mezclarlo en forma envolvente con la preparación anterior. Vaciarlo en el molde forrado y llevar al horno hasta que dore apenas.

Servir en cuadrados en cada plato.
