½ taza de mantequilla o margarina
1 taza de azúcar
1 huevo grande batido
1 cucharadita de vainilla
1 taza de guindones picados
1 taza de nueces picadas
1 ½ taza de puré de manzanas
1 taza de pasas (rubias y oscuras)
2 tazas de harina preparada
2 cucharaditas de bicarbonato de soda
½ cucharadita de canela en polvo
¼ cucharadita de clavo de olor en polvo

Usar un molde para pan bien engrasado.

Cernir la harina, medir las 2 tazas y volver a cernir con el bicarbonato de soda, la canela y el clavo de olor.

Batir la mantequilla (o margarina) con el azúcar hasta que la mezcla esté cremosa. Agregar el huevo batido y la vainilla y batir nuevamente. Retirar de la batidora y agregarle los guindones, las nueces, el puré de manzana y las pasas. Incorporar desde un cernidor la mezcla de harina anterior y revolver bien. Vaciar al molde preparado y llevar al horno precalentado a 350ºF. por 1 hora aprox.
