2 C sugar
2 C All Purpose flour, sifted
1 C (2 sticks) margarine
1/4 C unsweetened cocoa
1 C water
1/2 C buttermilk*
2 eggs
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

ICING

1/4 C cocoa
1 stick margarine
6 Tbsp milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 C pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease and flour a large sheet pan (approx.15 x 10 inch) with one inch sides.
Mix together flour and sugar, set aside.
In a sauce pan, bring margarine, cocoa and water to a boil. Pour over flour mixture.
Add rest of ingredients. Mix well and pour onto sheet pan.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.

ICING

In a sauce pan large enough to hold all of ingredients, bring to boil cocoa, margarine and milk.
Remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts.
Pour over warm cake and spread evenly.
