4 c. flour
2 sticks butter
2 pkgs. small dry yeast
3 tsp. sugar
4 eggs yolks
1, 8 oz. container sour cream
Powdered sugar

Filling:
1 lb. ground nuts
4 egg whites, beaten
1 c. sugar
Splash of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
1. Cut together the flour and butter until pea size.
2. Crumble yeast over dough. Add sugar, egg yolks and sour cream; mix together well.
3. Roll into quarter-sized balls; layer on a cookie sheet with floured Saran Wrap between each layer; cover and chill 8 hours or overnight.
4. Mix together all ingredients for filling.
5. Roll individual balls of dough in powdered sugar, then roll out flat and spread nut filling over the dough.
6. Roll each one up, and shape like a fortune cookie or half moon.
7. Bake at 375ºF for 10 to 15 minutes.
