2 egg whites
2 c. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 t. vinegar
2 c. pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Gradually beat in powdered sugar, vanilla, and vinegar. Gently fold in pecans. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until firm. Remove the cookies from the sheet immediately.
