1 loaf uncut Vienna Bread
12 oz. Swiss cheese (cut in small pieces)
1 c. butter
1 T. poppy seed
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. season salt
2 T. minced onion
1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bread in a crisscross design but not all the way through.
Stuff the cut-up cheese between the slices of bread.
Melt the next six ingredients together and stir well.
Put bread in heavy foil.
Pour mixture over the top of the bread.
Seal the foil well.
Bake 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
Open foil and bake 10 minutes more, or until top is crusty.
