9 inch pie crust
1 package Reese's chips
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. + 2 T. milk, divided
1 t. unflavored gelatin
1 T. cold water
2 T. boiling water
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. cold whipping cream
1 t. vanilla

Peanut butter mousse layer:
Melt chips. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1/3 c. milk in medium bowl until smooth. Add melted chips, beat well. Beat in remaining 2 T. milk. Spread into crust.

Chocolate mousse layer:
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in small bowl. Let stand one minute to soften. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Cool slightly. Combine sugar and cocoa in medium bowl. Add whipping cream and vanilla. Beat at medium speed until stiff, pour in gelatin mixture, beating well until blended. Spread evenly over peanut butter layer. Refrigerate several hours. Garnish with a few chips.
