4 Pounds beef, cubed
3 onions, sliced
5 carrots, sliced
2 potatoes, sliced
1 can peas, drained
1/2 cup tomato soup
1/2 cup cream of celery soup
1 bay leaf
salt

1/2 can liquid from peas

1. Combine all ingredients in a large baking pan. Cover tightly with foil and bake 5 hours at 275º degrees.
