6 eggs
1/4c mayonnaise
1/2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
white pepper, as desired
Paprika
1/2 - 1 tsp Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Hard cook eggs (put eggs in a pan; cover them completely with cold water. Bring water to simmering and simmer 20-25 minutes. Do not let the water boil. Plunge them at once into cold running water and leave until cold.) Peel shells and cut eggs in half lengthwise. Mash yolks with remaining ingredients except paprika until mixture is smooth. Fill whites with this mixture, sprinkle with paprika.
