1 lb sausage
8 oz cream cheese
2 rolls of cresent rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the sausage and add onion if desired. Drain the grease and then add the cream cheese and sausage in a bowl.
This is the filling.
Spread out the cresent rolls and spread the filling on. Roll them up long way's in a really long roll. Use bread knife to cut about 1/2 inch thick for each piece. Lay flat on cookie sheet and bake for about 15 minutes but not too brown. Dont grease the pan. Best served warm. You can freeze these after you have baked them and put them in the microwave for a few seconds each. They are great for breakfast or an appetizer.
