1 Can pumpkin
1 Graham cracker crust sprinkled with crushed ginger-snaps (or 1 unbaked crust)
1 Can sweetened condensed milk
2 Eggs, beaten
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/8-1/4 tsp ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except for crust & ginger-snaps.
Pour into crust and bake in preheated 425º oven for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350º and bake for 35-40 minutes more (until knife blade inserted off-center comes out clean). Cool. Serve with whipped cream.
