1 square package wonton wrappers, sliced into 1/2" strips and deep fried in peanut oil, drained and cooled.
2 cleaned heads romaine, shredded
4 pieces grilled or pan fried boneless chicken breasts cut into bite size slices
1 c coarsely chopped honey roasted peanuts
4 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds
4 tbsp thinly sliced green onions

Ginger Mustard Dressing
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp powdered ginger
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp sesame oil
2/3 cup peanut oil
2/3 cup rice wine vinegar
Mix Ginger Mustard Dressing ingredients together well.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine romaine, chicken, peanuts, sesame seeds, cilantro, green onions, 1/2 of the fried wonton strips and 1/2 of the Ginger Mustard Dressing and toss add more if needed. Place equally on four dinner plates, garnish topped with a pile of remaining fried wontons. Enjoy! ©
