1 chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup vegetable
1 box instant chocolate pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup strong coffee ( made with 2 teaspoon coffee with 1 cup water, cool before adding)
3/4 cup Kahlua
2 tablespoons cooled coffee
4 tablespoons Kahlua

Directions:

1. Combine first 6 ingredients and beat for 4 minutes.
2. Grease and flour a bunt pan. Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick which must come out clean. Cool.
3. Combine the following in a small bowl: 1 cup sifted powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons cooled coffee, 4 tablespoons Kahlua, mix well.
5. Use a short skewer to poke holes in top of cake and let this mixture drip in. It is not a glaze. Dust with confectioners' sugar for an attractive finish.
