1 large pkg. Raspberry Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1, 10 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries
1, 16 oz. can jellied cranberry sauce
Orange Zest
1/2 c. 7-Up or Gingerale

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dissolve jello in boiling water; add 7-Up or Gingerale.
2. Then add frozen raspberries and jellied cranberry sauce.
3. Grate orange peel over mixture and pour ingredients in 9 x 13" Pyrex dish. Place in refrigerator until it sets.
4. Cube and serve on butter lettuce leaf with dollop of yogurt, Raspberry preserve and mint leaf.
