1 1/2 c sifted all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp slat,
1
1/2 c quick oats, 1 c brown sugar, 3/4 c butter, softened, 1 1/2 c
apricot jam (enough so jam spreads evenly)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º Lightly grease 11 X 7 1/2 Pyrex baking
dish. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in oats
and brown sugar. Cut in the butter until crumbly. Pat 2/3 of
mixture into baking dish. Spread with jam, then cover with
remaining crumb mixture. Bake for 32-35 minutes. Cool and cut
into squares.
