3 med. potatoes ( peeled & diced )
1 med. onion ( peeled & diced )
1 tsp salt
Put above in a 2 quart saucepan; cover with cold water and steam covered for 15 minutes. Drain.

Sprinkle potatoes & onions with :
2 tbsp flour
Stir slightly.

Add:
1/2 bottle clam juice
Stir.

Add :
2 cans diced clams & liquid
1 packet Herb Ox powdered chicken broth
Bring to a boil for 5 minutes.

Add:
1 pint 1/2 & 1/2 (not icy cold )
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. dried parsley
Heat, but do not boil.
